Now that the linkshell is expanding again we have decided to impliment a new poicy to figure out how to invite new recruits.
1) Before you invite someone ask the linkshell send a linkshell message about who you are inviting and ask if anyone minds if you invite them. As long as there are no immediate objections you can invite them.
This step will make sure no members with bad reputations get invited into the linkshell.
2) If you invite someone to the linkshell you need to post (or have someone else post for you) on this message board. You should include the following things: -The character name of who you are inviting. -Who invited the person (if not you). -What jobs and levels they have. -What rank and nation they are.
Posting on the message board will add a level of accountability, of course you are still free to invite members. Now it will be easier to keep track of who invites who, and the information will allow us to better assist the new members. This way I also don't need to go around asking people I don't know "Who are you?Are you a mule? What level is your main? Who invited you?" Now I will have an update whenever we get a new member. Eventually I might make a database for this but for now a message board will work well.
Thanks for your understanding everyone, if there are any problems with this policy don't hesitate to complain. I value all of your opinions (good or bad).

Just a reminder to everyone, please make sure you make any new members posted here especially welcome in the linkshell. That is the point of this board, to not let members fall between the cracks of the LS so please help me with that.
